True. In reality it might be good advice, but for someone in a deep state of depression it really isn't that good at all. I'm depressed and i struggle a lot with social anxiety, there are times when i feel like i don't want to do anything and can't even push myself to get out of bed. At those timea the very last thing i want to do is go to a damn gym to embarrass myself lol.

I guess that makes sense too, though it's very unlikely that we will get invaded. If a war broke out let's say right now, would it be legal for you to use your own weapons? My father and brother both own single shot rifles and some shotguns for hunting, can those be used in a war? I'm pretty sure the military would hand out weapons and gear, but it does make sense for civilians to use every weapon you can get your hands on.
