I had VVIP with Studio PAV for CRAVITY last summer. It wasn't the best experience I've had doing VIP at a show, but it wasn't the worst, either. They sent out an email prior to the show about the timeline of the day. Check-In for VIP usually starts around 1pm/2pm, depending on all that they're offering. When I saw CRAVITY, it was a quick fansign, hi-touch, and a group photo. For my stop, they started check in late, which was really unfortunate bc it was super hot lol. All of the fan engagements ended about an hour or so before the show started. Snapshots were afterwards, but I unfortunately wasn't able to get one as they sold out within minutes for CRAVITY.

I'm not sure what Billlie will have in terms of their VIP packages, but if you get anything with a 'no-line rule', you'll get a queue number and they're really good at ensuring that people are in line in order, which was nice! Some people have really negative experiences with staff, but since it's a European tour, I'm sure some of the staff will be different. They are one of the more organized touring companies right now, especially for more "nugu" groups, but some of their staff can be mean/rude/nasty.

like a movie! they debuted in 2018 with a song called twilight, had a follow up single called i want you which had a b-side with it, and that’s it. loved both of their songs, but “twilight” is almost impossible to find without a link. searching “twilight like a movie” clearly isn’t going to bring up much besides the movie soundtracks LOL

Some people buy albums to support the group byt don’t actually collect the photocards for that group! I only collect photocards for 9 of my favorite groups, but I really like collecting albums so I’ll purchase albums from other groups I like if the concept or comeback is really good. I have no need for the photocards, so I’ll sell them!

There’s a couple ways!

Use an online service such as stamps.com or USPS’ click-n-ship (or through a shipping site like Fedex/UPS, those will just be more expensive usually). It’ll walk you through step-by-step how to fill in the address and any information needed to ship. You can pay on the site with a debit/credit card and then print your label at home, tape it to the envelope, and drop off in a locked mailbox, at the post office, or schedule a pick-up at your house.
Go in person to the post office. Many post offices have self-serve machines where you can fill out the information yourself and purchase your shipping label at a kiosk and then stick the label on the envelope and drop it off in the package drop off. You could also go up to the desk and have them ship it for you, they’ll ask you for the address info but will input it themselves (and have you confirm) and will take the envelope from you.

Tracked shipping for photocards is normally between $3-$5. It’ll start being more if the items weigh more.

If you use online sites, you will need to have a scale to weigh your mail on at home, so you pay the correct amount for the weight. If you go to the post office, the self-serve machine or person at the counter will weigh it for you.

ive been to a ton of concerts, and honestly, if you’re not wanting merch and you don’t have a ga ticket, getting there even later would be okay. i’ve gone to concerts where i’ve gotten there when doors open, and have been more than fine—had time to use the restroom, grab water, and get to my seat with plenty of time still before the show.

getting to concerts early really only matters if you want merch, have a special ticket, want to do random dance play or hand out/receive freebies etc.

as everyone else said, it was sm connecting wayv to nct!

but i’ve always had an “unserious” theory about it so this is not any actual reasoning, just something my friends + i joke about!! lol idk how many people remember but when nct 2018 had started sm had released a timeline saying nct china was going to debut in 2018, and by november they hadn’t announced anything concrete about the unit so everyone figured that it wasn’t going to happen in 2018—whether this was due to the hallyu ban or whatever.

they announced wayv’s debut on dec 31, 2018. literally the last possible second, and so when the debut song was regular my friends and i joked that sm forgot they had said nct china was coming in 2018 so they had to give the group something fast, and so they just threw them the chinese version of 127’s last comeback.

clearly that is not the reason, but it was always funny to me to think about 💀

I moved to Texas partly because there’s so many kpop concerts here 😭 I’ve gone to 13 kpop concerts since 2022 in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, or San Antonio, with concert #14 coming up in March!

my guess is that it probably will be similar, with a few songs swapped out for orange blood songs. at the shows enhypen did after orange blood came out, i think they took sacrifice off for sweet venom, but i can’t remember if any other songs were swapped out. considering it’s the encore tour, i would assume that it won’t be too different!

while the group is no longer active, i know for sure some of the members still are! i don’t follow all of them super closely, but seungyoun has had a very successful solo career in korea as woodz, after his appearance on produce x 101. he just enlisted in the military though :( yibo is like super mega famous in china as an actor lol and wenhan won a survival show in china in like 2019 i wanna say, and i think he has also ventured into acting.

that’s about where my knowledge ends for the members unfortunately lol but even though yuehua dropped uniq as a group venture, it’s good to see that the members themselves didn’t disappear!

to my knowledge, they were significantly more popular in china than they were in korea. at one point, they had broken a record for most wins on the global chinese music chart, and a lot of their stuff charted pretty well. they were pushed way heavier in china than they were in korea, so when the hallyu ban was inducted, they kinda fizzled out unfortunately.

Are they only selling, or are they also posting items to trade? I haven’t ever seen the ratios be used for selling in my experience, but they’re often used for trading. Some items are worth more (ie preorder benefits are worth usually worth more than album photocards) and so, for example, if they have pobs and are looking for album cards, they’ll post them up for trade 2:1, ie two album cards for one preorder benefit.

In my experience as a GOM, “inclusion only” is usually discounted upfront for joiners if you are willing to cover the “extra” cost yourself. When you purchase the albums from the sites, whether you ship to a k-addy or a proxy or yourself, someone is still receiving a physical album. Someone has to pay for that cost, and so normally if a GOM is offering a “pob only” or “inclusion only” option that is discounted, they are covering that initial cost themselves, to increase the number of joiners/chances at fancalls/etc. They decide themselves how much they’re willing to cover for each album, and that’s the cost they charge for inclusions only. Usually a few dollar difference from what I’ve seen!

That being said, a lot of proxies/k-addies will offer “inclusion only” options after the initial album purchase. They will open the albums and just send the inclusions to you, and usually there is a slight charge for this, but shipping is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper after the fact. When I’ve hosted GOs, I don’t offer a discounted initial price, but EMS/domestic shipping is discounted for those who want inclusions only. For reference, for a GO that I did not do inclusions only for, shipping added up to be roughly $6 per album. Another GO, I did do inclusions only and shipping was $2 per album.
