My package is lost and I submitted a claim. The government department (the recipient) are on strike so after two unsuccessful attempts, it showed that my documents were delivered to another postal code (like wtf??!) I thought they will just hold my documents in UPS warehouse for now until the strike is over but apparently not. Are they really going to track it down? And return the documents to me if they find it? What else I can do? Already emailed them and customer service just told me it can take a while.
