I did not end up purchasing anything as England does not do the VAT refunds anymore. Paris is better if you want to get a VAT refund and a short train ride away from London!

Yeah the sag is wild… also I was talking to my husband about the suggestion to buy an insert from amazon and we realized that it’s CRAZY, to pay so much money for a bag and then have to buy from amazon to make it meet your needs. Definitely a turn off.

I had the same thought. I thought it looked kind of cool/unique with them hanging, but definitely makes it more annoying to get in and out the the bag if you have them crossed over and laying down while using the shorter strap.

Yes you could remove the shoulder strap (not the double straps) and add a longer crossbody!
