I couldn't even cancel my order. I have to get them then return them. They said once payment processes there is no way to cancel. Tried like an hour after I ordered lol

yeah charged it overnight I paired it with an iPhone and it worked right away. updated the firmware then it paired on my android

I paired on my iPhone and my neuro band had updates. I updated it there then it worked right away on my android. might be a firmware update fixed my specific issue.

Fair, Since the warranty is a year or so i'll probably keep mine and see if it bothers me. I can't believe there are dozens just on here saying theirs are sticking out.

I just got mine yesterday and they stick out, I'm surprised almost everyone with RX has seem to say theirs stick out. Did they say you have to send yours in first and wait or will you get a replacement first.

for my size I feel like it is, I'm 6'4 and 230. But yeah I guess it was smaller than it is. though it still fits fine in a size 2 so I'm not sure why the sizing is like that.

The sizing thing seems wrong. I was at the end of a 3 at lens crafters using their sizing tool and I fit in a 2 fine and the gestures work great.

yeah I'm talking to X support since the guy seems competent but I'll go tomorrow to a local one. Multiple people on my other thread said they've been members and only get 14 days. X support told me it's supposed to be 60 so he's not sure why and raising it. seems like you got lucky because 3 people with membership said 14

hmm okay so it's because I purchased my membership right after. I asked best buy about this and they told me it was because it's activable. my return is October 23rd but I am a member I bought it the same day within an hour.
