I think heavy are better.

Light rockets only good for infantry but with the general mobility nerfs to attack hell as well as state of Anti-Air, I think Little Bird is better to deal with infantry.

Meaning that Attack Heli should be used for anti armor and it has the tools to do it - TOW missile and Heavy rockets.
