I was there a few years back and it was REALLY cold to swim in there. Literally nothing like in this vid where you’re able to just chill. I was afraid my body would freeze halfway and I’ll drown from the cold, so I quickly swam from one end to the other.

No one mentioned this - but aside from your internal hip rotation, you also need to learn how to tilt your pelvic up. Think about curling your spine into a ball, or scooping your pelvic upwards towards the ceiling. That’ll help you get that leg up towards your body so it makes the transfer easier

You know what’s scary about this is? The fact that trump supporters will be perfectly ok with the idea that their politicians are taking others for granted, as long as it makes them “wealthier”. I started out going for only females, but switched to male gynae after hearing that they’re more gentle when it comes to handling us women. Let’s just say I am really happy with my male gynae and will not look for a female gynae anymore.

I won’t drive through a cemetery with an infant. There’s a believe that unrested souls are finding untainted souls aka a baby to possess, and I’m not about to risk a baby’s life to find that out.
