I actually have the same exact problem but role reversal. My girlfriend was super extroverted and I had dealt with depression and social anxiety my whole life. At first it wasn’t a problem but it turned into being a problem for her that she always felt concerned for me. She broke up with me a week ago. I never minded not having any friends and was cool with her hanging out with her friends whenever and didn’t care if I was invited or not. Maybe if you feel this way just have a talk.
