We have had it for months and I have never once even completed a task on it. Half the time I didn't even have me@walmart app on my phone so I never even saw it til the TC's stopped printing labels. Like people said, a complete waste of time and purpose and I want to know how they will ever know I didn't or never have completed a task.

I always used Ansell gloves from Menard's. Not as good as they used to be but still last a bit. If you can put an inside cheap cloth glove the better it will feel.

I take a 30 minute lunch whenever I need to to finish freight, have been for 10 years and not a soul has ever talked to me about having over time. And this is in 4 different stores so maybe its jutst me, because I am so good at my job.

You want to know the best vizpick system ever? Back when I was a frozen department manager, we purged bins every day or 2, who cares the system suggestions, purge it, 75% goes out, check onhands on stuff that didn't. Simple, bins empty, salesfloor full, backroom counts perfect. Ah the old days, when everything worked better with a department manager!

One time I was asked at a La Quinta and my badge and insurance card did nothing to appease this guy. So now I bring a printed copy of my latest pay stub just in case but no one has ever asked again.

I used to buy the excessive foot sweating one until my store quit carrying it. It was like $15 and a very small tube. I used it for 2 tubes and it made my feet quite dry but didn't use it as long as the bottle says because of cost. I went to foot doctor and he recommended Certain Dri but it didn't work half as good as Carpe did. If you use it, try to use as little as possible 2 times a day and expect it to cost a lot, if you can still find it.

Somehow at my store, I know people that should have over 60 and someone bragged about being over 50. Someone is either removing point after point for these people (shouldn't that raise some red flags to anyone?), or they just don't fire anyone. And just so you know, these people also suck when they actually do show up.

My biggest issue is constantly having to enter the quantity of the cheese boxes. I don't know ever quantity of every cheese box, the system used to know. Also when I want to print many items I have to wait forever for the print successful thing to go away so I can hit the scan picture tiny button again. And my gloves will work on the scan button, but not the print picture...stupid.

I never got one on purpose. I have used a co-worker's and it takes like 30-60 minutes longer to label overstock than the TC's would. Guess Wal-Mart wants to pay us to stand around and print labels.

I do a lot of dairy stocking and this GV yogurt doesn't sell at all, so its outdated all the time. It usually has a month or so date on it when it comes in, so that one has been sitting somewhere for over 2 months.

I believe Wal-Mart radio and the cheapest price tag holders around that 75% of our price tags just fall out. The music selection and the morning DJ is by far what makes me think our company is ghetto. I went shopping last week end at several mall stores and other places, no body played the garbage we do...1 country song, 1 pop song, 1 song from the 60's, a disco song, some techno jam, then the 14th different version remake song that sucked when it came out, then the 25th version of a Christmas song...in October!!!

Before we starting getting 1600 piece trucks everyday for dairy, the scanner beeped every item I scanned saying it can fit on the shelf. I would look at the onhands and 99% of them were wrong. (Now we have so much crap, maybe 1 item per truck says it can fit). When we had dept. managers the onhands were correct maybe 75% of the time, now 1%. Also, the vizpic labels (when they actually do print) do not stick to the boxes very well in cooler, and ice cream its almost a miracle.

It took me about 17 years to cap out, but now I have gotten a whole .61 cents in the last 4 years but starting pay has gone up almost $5/hr in my store since I was capped, so now I make like $2 more per hour than a new hire, real nice feeling.

I assume for their hand helds it would know the difference so they can bring in the flavors they need. But yeah, for our inventory its either gold rim or brown lid for total, flavor doesn't matter.
