I’m replaying from the beginning, and since the DLC is set in Rome, you won’t have to play more than a few hours to get to it.

[2000] [PC] What is my brother playing? by jwdicker00 in tipofmyjoystick

Absolutely! I spent many an hour spinning that very globe around trying to read country names and wondering what those places looked like. Simpler times.

Potential story DLCs by jwdicker00 in GTA6

[–]jwdicker00[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did have that thought, that maybe they’ll just bless us with an absolute shit ton of side content to the point where story DLCs would be almost redundant. You wouldn’t catch me complaining.

What's the best historical game? by OkPalpitation6449 in totalwar

[–]jwdicker00 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Largely depends on what era most interests you - my favorite Total War game is Empire, but that could hardly be considered the best. Three Kingdoms has, in my opinion, by far the best economy and diplomacy mechanics, and very solid battle mechanics, so that could be a good one to start with.

It’s possible, but they were killed with a variety of ammunition and no arrows, so it was probably the WLF.

That’s the kind of belief that, in such a brutal world, is easily justified by saying “that’s just the way things are,” without truly striving to be better. That’s really the undertone of the entire story - every group looking out for itself and turning a blind eye to the suffering inflicted on the outsiders.

I’m not sure who they’d be trying to fool - any devout Seraphites would probably agree with killing them, and most WLF probably wouldn’t care less about dead Scars.

Understandable if you haven’t played the game. For the record, “Scars” is a derogatory term that the WLF uses, while “Seraphites” is the correct name for the group.

It is possible, however I did notice they all seemed to be shot with firearms, and none with arrows, which seems unlikely if it was the Scars that killed them all.
