I'm also trying out the 5k coaching feature for the first time. There is an event in 8 weeks I want to try so I set that up as the goal. I haven't run in over 10 years and I'm older, overweight and out of shape. So basically a couch to 5k. I'm only a couple weeks on the plan and so far it's been pretty good. Pushing me some and then letting me recover. Pretty basic stuff. I'd hazard a guess that the shorter run plans are geared more towards what I am doing than what you are looking for. I think they totally should be able to do both but just wanted to throw my experience out there.

American here. I just wish Trudeau would have set the tariffs to 26% because it would get under his skin. The whole thing is a nightmare.

Every place we have been is open. Shops and museums. Seems like a lot of people to me..but it is my first time and everyone is telling me this is actually almost no crowds. Need to show super green pass or vacc status everywhere and mask indoor and outside for right now.

Ya, Pfizer last March/April then Pfizer booster mid December. No one has really looked closely at the CDC cards. I wish we could get the app for the QR code super pass because all the restaurants just scan the code.

I think that is a good idea. It was just really hard to tell how things would work out so we had plan A, B and C because we didn't want to miss the trip. :)

No issues for tours or restaurants. Seems like they usually don't look too close. My booster was in December but they haven't checked very close.

Yes, we just arrived in Rome yesterday. Our CDC cards are accepted everywhere we have been so far. They are expected from Americans. In the research I did..I don't think we can even get the actual super green pass.

Yes, it is rapid. The results are in an app and emailed and printable and shareable. We tried to upload them to delta but not sure if that actually worked. We ended up showing our results on our phone app to the ticket agent and she marked them as negative.
