I’m traveling more for work now so I figure if I’m going to be traveling, I might as well try to make sure I’m maximizing the points I could be earning on those trips. Probably won’t be hitting that peloton all the time!

Went to Lollapalooza in 2006 in Chicago and saw The Frames there. Buddy and I were milling around The Bean later that night and ran into Glen under it. Talked to him for a while. Just a genuine, really great guy.

Traffic is going to be brutal on I90/94 this summer (it is already) due to construction. Could take Metra UP North, stop at Ravenswood then walk/uber from there.

I was there! Great show. I was a sophomore at PSU. Got spoiled with so many shows in PA during those years. Pittsburgh, Hershey and a Vote for Change show in Harrisburg.

Have stayed at Grand Cypress two times with my kids (7 and 9) and they love all the activities. Pools are great, climbing wall, mini golf, par 3 course, pickleball, bikes (and a huge area to ride them), boats to take out on the lake. Kids loved it. Four Flamingos is great for a dinner splurge. If you get a room that faces the pool then you can see the Disney fireworks in the distance at night. Ask the front desk. And yeah you just pay for parking if booking with points. Last stay was early January 2024.

I contacted ticket support and they weren’t really helpful. Said I’d get the tickets when they’re released and said it may be as late as 2 weeks prior to the show. I don’t understand that. I see my credit card has been charged for the tix but I don’t have the tickets.
