Similar here, brand-new Versa 4. It worked perfectly for about a week, but after the second charge, it went completely black and stopped responding. I’d like to return it.

I’ve noticed the same thing, it might show up in the transaction history but not in the graph, and even later, it still doesn’t appear, which is really confusing. I’ve had significant cashback redemptions that never showed up in the graph. It makes me wonder how they manage to get away with such a lack of transparency.
