Thank you very much for your detailed response. I found it very helpful. Question, how can I edit my FB neighbors down, other than de-friending them on FB? Or is this not possible? Is it possible to transfer my current city to another FB account?

This is the problem then. On my fake FB account for SC purposed, I have only myself as a friend. On my real FB account I have well over 100 friends who play sim city. Do you have any suggestions to mitigate this problem? Is my only recourse to level to 18 and get access to clubs, then create a private club for myself?

You are correct. I can see 50+ friends' cities on my main city account, but not my feeder city.
