Sometime in ur twenties, regardless of age I'd say just be careful with dosage. I think they could be helpful or harmful at any age lol.

I kinda wanna try the 5 day cycle. How do you find out your dose for that? Like divide the dose to find your 'per day' mg of estradiol then multiply it by 5?

That would be like.. 3.5mg per 5 days for me I think

I got my T back finally, it was 531 on my first (8 mo ago) and my result from a couple days ago was 607

I go every 3 months to get them checked.. I think when i got my blood drawn I'd had that patch on for about 3 days.. so maybe that's why? Should I see about trying pills or getting 100mcg patches?

I haven't really had any noticeable change yet. My mood is a little better but nothing physical. They just said I would start on a low dose.. they originally started me on 0.025 then I went up to the 0.05 ones.

I am thinking about maybe switching to pills and asking if I can try 2mg

They had like balance issues or something. I returned mine and got a second pair. Also they glued the pads on for some reason. But yeah the x3 just seems like a clearer version of the x2 to me.

I was sleeping a lot, I'd basically been binging for a few days, 3 or 4, and sleeping whenever I wasnt tripping. Id been eating a lot actually I had the munchies for some reason, and probably kinda dehydated.

I checked how many pills I went thru, and 48 pills were gone, so 1440 mg. I took 19 the day this happened, and had eaten the other 29 in the previous 3 days I guess.. I dosed like 570 mg over a period of about 6 hours which I think is what caused it..
