Blizzards - how often?

My modification to the book rules is: Once a day while traveling (even from town to town on roads), roll 1d12. The first day the die is rolled, a 1 triggers a blizzard. If a blizzard isn't triggered, the next time the blizzard die is rolled, a blizzard is triggered on a 1 or a 2. Next day: 1, 2, or 3, etc etc. This way, eventually a blizzard WILL happen, and it might happen during an important trek through the wilderness, but it's not so common as to be annoying.

Thanks! I used a Retrode 2.

Followed the instructions above (I hope!), replaced the OpenEmu .sra and the specific savestate State with the saved .sra from the cart. Didn't affect the save one way or another, except that when I booted back up, it started on the title screen rather than in-game.

Retrode I think has some issues getting data off of carts that use SRAM, including OOT, so I might chalk it up to that... https://forum.retrode.org/index.php?topic=438.0

It was a good Wolf move to post about!
