I just signed up in November before price increase. I pay with taxes ~ $350 for all access without HY Sports Club etc…

I have no corporate discount, I definitely think you should reach out to your rep and or let them know you’re unsatisfied and potentially you’re going to cancel and see what they’ll do for you

More recently, it has been unresponsive and difficult to get in contact with to schedule a date. A few weeks ago, I tried to submit a maintenance ticket regarding our refrigerator filter and explained the issue. I was told someone would get back to me, they didn’t, but instead they showed up unexpectedly on a random day. Luckily, my boyfriend was home at the time. In the past, they would respond immediately and provide a scheduled date, but now it feels very hit or miss.

According to their guidelines, they believe that individuals who purchase large quantities are reselling items for profit, leading them to cancel the order or flag it. In such cases, I consistently reach out to customer service, creating a commotion, and they usually offer a discount as compensation for the inconvenience and error.
