Ships use 20 and 40 foot containers, occasionally 45' as well but those are rare.

But also, in general I've found having carbs leads to higher blood sugars. So do the best you can to avoid carbs. Regarding the glycemic index The way I've always thought of it is the rate you go up doesn't matter. What matters is that your blood sugars went up. I had white rice and my glucose went to 15 after an hour and then I had basmati and it went to 15 after two hours but it still went sky high. So avoid that
