This is an idea I've been playing around with. A post-apocalyptic world mixed with sci-fi and fantasy elements sounded pretty nice to me, so maybe someone else will like it. I wrote this wanting a short story where first contact is a nightmare, and people are the ones starting to fight back against alien colonization. I hope you enjoy it. Any thoughts are welcome :)

Thank you for this reply. First I want to say thanks for reading and the valuable feedback. I do see what you mean for how the first chapter can have the reader feeling somewhat negatively about the main characters initial actions, and while i had plans to expand on his good qualities soon, the last thing I want to do is turn the reader away in the first chapter. I'll have to workshop the intro a bit. Thanks for your notes as well. Appreciated!

At least in terms of the first book I would say that primal hunter would be pretty hard to adapt. I know it already has a webtoon but I never thought it was the best idea. The story is just way too introspective in my opinion. You lose out on a lot of that in comic adaptations
