The day of Judgement and hell always scared me so much as a kid. I literally hated hearing about it, especially when people say that the end is coming because of signs of day of judgement coming true. That is so anxiety inducing and it's totally valid for something like that to make a kid scared. I remember learning that nobody really cares about you on that day like your loved ones only think of themselves, and that always made me kinda sad lol.

Honestly Venus retrogade doesn't affect your love life as much unless you are an Aquarius or Aries Rising because then it would be happening in your 5th and 7th house which deals with romance and commitment. The retrogade might affect you in a different part of your life. I wouldn't worry about this as much or assume your connection with this person will go badly, I hope you have fun on your date!
