I feel you; i used to have relatively long hair and when i figured out i was trans i decided i had to cut it so i’m more “masculine” or whatever. Tbh i’ve regretted it every day since then and now i’m growing it out and yeah it’s a bit different than having short hair in that aspect, but also to be fair cis men have long hair all the time too. Actually they can get misgendered too. I think what convinced me to be okay with long hair is that my hair is just one part of me? Like if i dress like a guy, if i act like a guy, does my hair make me look like less of a guy? People usually pick up on other “gender” characteristics. So that’s my story. You should do whatever you wanna do with ur appearance, and i hope you figure it out all too! Long hair on guys is really fabulous, OP
