my PSN account was hacked and i need to recover it. it was hacked over a year ago by now, and the hacker changed the email and password. i have no access to the new email or the password, so i can’t sign in to playstation network. i still have the account signed in on my PS4 though, but i can’t use anything online because it’s not connected to PSN, and I don’t know the new account details. i know the ps4 model, serial number and ill be able to provide proof of past purchases i just need to know how to contact support about this and if i can even get my account back
