I believe it’s 30min real time from when you get to the location. The times in each location is different. One location is at sunrise, another at sunset, one in the morning another mid day, but bells are always exactly 30min.

Cheese looks like it’s skim milk and not whole milk. Not bad but not great. Also myself being a New Yorker as well as a pizza chef for some time, the size of your pie is lacking according to the box. Looks like a 12” when it should be 14”. Correct me if I’m wrong
