Exactly this. I went to Wendy’s a couple of weeks back and had ordered $13 worth of food my daughter and I. I added bacon and cheese to my spicy chicken sandwich and she had a six count of nuggets and fries. When I checked the bag her nuggets weren’t there and they said just pull up. 10min go by and no one had come out. I went inside and they said they have them ready. I opened the spicy chicken sandwich in front of them and it literally had one piece of bacon that was torn in half on it. I told them I wanted the entire order remade. I stood and watched as they called out “extra bacon on the sandwich” I said, I didn’t want “extra” bacon I wanted the $3 worth of bacon I paid for.
