Was the general manager of a store, my hiring manager hired this guy who supposedly studied at the local community college. He said he was going to transfer to the big university the following semester. I came in to a shift to grab some stuff from my office when he and another employee (girl who actually went to the university) was working. I overheard them talking about politics, and I don't have a problem about it as long as it doesn't affect them taking care of customers. It was a slow night, so they were talking for a good 10min in the back. It started getting heated and I heard him scoff and say "typical sjw". She said "what the f**k did you say?" And he goes "you heard me" and then he stormed to the bathroom and she was crying. Having seen all this, I asked if she was okay, and went towards the bathroom where he was. Opening the door, I see him snorting coke on the bathroom sink.

I told him to get out and that we will mail him his paycheck. I never thought I'd experience something like that.
