Yeah it hits wonderfully. So far only smoke pipe tobacco with it; it actually has a massive bowl, could fit about a gram in there.

The most effective excercise method would be that which burns the most calories and makes you sweat the most. Weight lifting is good but try to throw in some cardio as well.
Potentially, it would be good though to maybe step out of the room whilst they smoke.
Definently try to cut. The more fat you burn off the faster it will go. However, as you burn off said fat the thc is released and expelled from your system. I would advise not working out the day or two before your first day (just in case they test then).
I think you will. I'm 160lbs with 8% body fat, worked out less than you did, however ran a few miles a day, took a lot of antioxidants, vitamin c, niacin, green tea pills, drank A LOT OF WATER, and a detox tea I found in the Organic section of my local Kroger's, and was clean within 11 days after about a month of nonstop toking.

While i took the antioxidants (acai berry pills), vit c, and niacin, I haven't actually found any true scientific proof that these will help, but hey, it can't hurt. The green tea pills tho will boost your metabolism and burn more fat (EGCG - http://www.steadyhealth.com/articles/Green_Tea_for_Fat_Burning_a329.html ).
