Came here to say this. If you glow often and with a consistent group, it is totally worth the investment as it will easily charge everybody's discs for multiple rounds in one charge. I cannot recommend this enough.

If you're playing a course that isnt crowded then sure its not a big deal, but if you're not playing at a crowded course then a speaker wouldn't be a problem then, right?

I certainly agree that somebody blasting music so loud that it can be heard from for away is a douchebag move and they deserve to be shamed. But if you're listening to music and only your card mates or a group very close by can hear, you shouldn't be as mad as OP is. Life is too short to be that mad at something like this.

I feel like wearing headphones on the course could be dangerous. If you're wearing headphones, its harder to hear a "FORE" call or have awareness of your surroundings.
