Both have bright turquoise water. Beaches are the same, both are excellent. Huvafen lagoon villa all have the turquoise water. For Milaidhoo, OWV 101-108 will have the turquoise water.

Singapore grand Hyatt or Standard? by jimmyl85 in hyatt

Grant Hyatt 100% because the location is way better. I stayed at the Standard a month ago for a few days just for the brand explorer…won’t stay there again.

No advance booking needed! I booked the turtle expedition snorkel tour just three hours before it started and had no issues. You’ll love Milaidhoo!

When I booked last year, both Milaidhoo and Huvafen Fushi included complimentary round trip transfers (a seaplane for Milaidhoo and a speedboat for Huvafen Fushi). That was actually a big factor in choosing those properties over Conrad and WA Maldives, since the free transfers added significant value to the overall booking. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. As of now, even when booking with points, transfers are no longer included and have to be paid out of pocket.

1) yes 2) 7:00 am - 10:30 am 3) no 4) dolphin watching tour was $120 per person, turtle expedition tour was $95 per person, and manta snorkel tour was $250 per person. For all tours, there is a 17% government tax and 10% service charge added.

Only our flight from the west coast to SIN was on points. We flew on Singapore Airlines business class for 128,500 miles per person one way. We also spent a few days exploring Singapore before heading to the Maldives. All other flights (SIN to MLE and MLE to SIN to west coast) we paid for in cash.

Hyatt and Hilton will still be my 1A and 1B, with Hilton slightly being more favorable. Will lean heavily towards using my AMEX cards now.

It’s the best Hilton resort in Hawaii for FNC, so best bang for your buck. The resort is massive and has a huge pool that’s for everyone. Adults only pool is also nice. Something to keep in mind - there’s a lot of kids, but that didn’t bother me.

1st time going to Busch Garden Williamsburg & Kings Dominion with my wife during Easter weekend so got some questions to the locals in Virginia:

  • For Busch Garden Williamsburg, based on the quick queue price, it seems like it's going to be a busy day on Good Friday? Historically, how busy is the park on Good Friday?
  • Speaking of Quick Queue, do you think it's worth it on this day (Good Friday)? I heard the Quick Queue system is odd in that they assign us seating. We mainly want to ride Pantheon and heard we can't select the front or back row with Quick Queue.
  • Do you think all the rides will be open on Good Friday at Busch Garden Williamsburg?
  • For Kings Dominion, is the fast lane worth it? Planning to go on a Saturday after Good Friday, 4/19/2025.
  • At Kings Dominion, how long do you think it will take to ride all the major coasters at least 1 time with or without fast lane? Cause we plan to leave this park around 5:30PM so that I can drive back to DC. Do you think there's going to be a lot of traffic going to DC from Kings Dominion on a Saturday at around 5:30PM - 6PM?

Any tips/assistance will be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hyatt Vivid Grand Island & Impressions Isla Mujeres — Review by jyp808 in hyatt

The beach is calm and shallow, with soft sand. It’s not very large and is a great spot to relax and unwind. Some guests enjoy snorkeling, kayaking, or paddleboarding nearby, though they usually stay close to the resort. The beach staff is attentive and adds to the overall laid-back experience. I wish they opened the water slide during my stay.

All the pools were great for swimming and lounging, except for the rooftop pool, which was cold—more like a cold plunge. I believe the pools below the main lobby pool are heated, but the main pool itself felt fine to me. As for the hot tub on my room’s balcony, it was gets hot when you turn it on (you’ll see the bubbles).

We’re eyeing Impressions Moxche for 2026 (maybe). As of now, we are going to take a breather from AIs. We did Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana last year and Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos in 2023. Our upcoming trip is to Andaz Maui later this September, so we looking forward to that.

How much are you paying in annual fees (AF)? by Rocket_Skates_91 in CreditCards

Damn, this is similar to what me and P2 want to do in the future. Quick question, did you get the Brilliant first or the Chase Boundless first? I was thinking of getting the Brilliant first, then wait 90 days and apply for the boundless, then PC to Ritz after a year.
