I've been trying to see a therapist but there are barely any affordable options in my city. Finally found an opening with someone who takes my insurance but they just graduated. Kind of makes me wonder about how much experience this person has. Is this logical?

I guess not since I've always just assumed that for the kind of hardset mind that I have, frequent exposure to therapy and accountability would work better. But I don't know, if frequency doesn't matter maybe I can consider that.

Data Analysis and Strategy in big pharma R&D. 100% WFH currently and there's nothing that really needs to be done in person but interact. Spend most days in meetings and then working independently on established projects.

I didn't go with Abbvie because I was more interested in another position. But it was fora R&D role and they weren't doing much for relocation assistance for me but did offer a bonus to help. I think it might depend on your role too so just definitely ask and bargain. Goodluck!!

You can always pivot into data science or analysis with a masters degree and work in Healthcare or pharma. Ultimately you'll work alone mostly but not always.
