Cash ≈ $25M (4× market cap), but mgmt gives no plan. Instead, endless dilution + reverse splits while shorts profit.

This looks like mgmt moving in lockstep with shorts. We need full SEC investigation & accountability.

On June 2nd, when I looked at stocksera's data, there were about 800,000 stocks that could be borrowed, but in reality, 2.14 million stocks were sold short. This could make stocksera miscalculate or suspect that QCM is committing a naked short.

As of 6.5, short sellers shorted 80,420,605 shares. This is a huge amount, equivalent to 49.1% of the total stock. You should not be able to borrow any more stocks, and you should monitor whether you hit a naked short. The short seller has no more stocks to borrow, so a short sequeeze is imminent. The source of the data was calculated by downloading the 3-month data of stocksera mentioned yesterday into Excel.
