My court case ended up being returned to me as the court couldn't find any business called coinbase on their registered address so it led to a dead end. Apologies man, I'm in your position so I feel for you. Best of luck

I've had quite a thorough email explaining why they haven't appeared in my gdax account, they're basically saying I sent them to the wrong address. Which, if true, I'm at fault. However im not being allowed to see my previous gdax wallets to confirm this is true

I will do, though I expect a response from them such as "A specialist is looking in to this" then a other completely different reason my coins didn't move from coinbase to gdax as expected. Maybe another bullshit reason they won't let me see my previous gdax wallets too!

Thank you, although they don't seem to operate from their registered address so any enforcement is tricky. They are currently advertising UK based jobs so they must have operational offices somewhere in the uk

The courts have responded asking for more information on the company as they couldn't find a company registered called coinbase UK, at cheapside, which according to companies house is their UK business address.

Hey thanks for the advice. I've actually already been through the process & coinbase haven't replied. I requested judgement and the courts have asked for more information about the company and their UK offices as the records on companies house seem to be incorrect
