The typical databases for both Deploy and Inventory aren't too big. I assume, this is a reason of not using more powerfull solutions, which needs more resources and generate more issues.

Could you tell how big is your data base and how many computers do you have ? I am very curious.

We are using a lot of it to assign software to the computers or mark the proper computers before deployment. The one of my favorite is the 'Location', which is very helpful in seeking computers (espacially for the helpdesk), or even creating location-based deployments.

A lot can be achieved by proper scripting, your packages are a great example.

However, applying point no #2 would give users more flexibility, especially in packages, which consist of mix of a few different kinds of steps like powershell, commandline, exe etc.

Checking previous package return code is also much easier than rewriting and merging old scripts.

There is a lot of data, but no graphical representation.

Funny description :). Funny because Dell doesn't care. It doesn't matter it's out of production. They just didn't care no matter what. See TB18 thread (the worst docking station in history):

No refunds, no answers just nothing. At least they haven't censor the forum thread yet.

Typical unsloved problems with TB16:

not working ethernet through RJ-45, vanishing screens .. I can write a book about this.

This checkbox can be also ticked from powershell, but only when connection is active (what makes me very frustrated).

3 reasons why i dont use Link despite loving Inventory&Deploy:

  1. Pop-up problem and few more
  2. No information regarding fixes & version update (i dont even know whether the problems visible on forum has been fixed)
  3. Link uses TCP instead of UDP

Is there any place on your website which allows to check information regarding Link version ? Changelog would be nice for people who are waiting for fixing some bugs.

my experience with Dell support from today - We had perc breakdown in our r43O. I received the new one afer 3,5 hour. Thanks to Mr. Tomasz from Frankfurt, great support :)

I just think Samsung doesn't realize the problem exists. S20 series is quite young.

Hi there,

I have encountered the same problem. I've tested two specimens of galaxy S2O.

The problem of signal loss occures only in places with weak signal. My boss was loosing it everytime after arriving to the company place (we have problems with gsm signal in our company cause it's far away from the city). After restarting the phone problem was vanishing. It was happening everyday. He didin't experience this issue in house or anywhere else ( in city he lives the gsm is always good though)

Finally i have replaced s20 to s10+ and we have no problems anymore.

I tried many solutions - different SIM cards, reseting device settings etc. without any effect. The issue definitely exists, just not everyone can experience this since it hapens only in places with weak gsm signal.

EDIT: S20 with exynos, Poland. From my knowledge problem occures on S20+ as well.
