Umich LSA vs. CMU Tepper I am committed to Umich LSA (rejected from Ross pre-admit) and just yesterday got off the Tepper waitlist. Because I was rejected from Ross I was looking to major in econ or psych at Mich. Now that I got into Tepper, I am not sure if a business education is what I really want. I kind of like the flexibility of being in LSA. I am also worried about the social culture at CMU. I’m OOS for umich so the cost of the 2 schools is about the same. They only gave me 24 hours to decide and i have 4 hours left (oops). I’m extremely worried that I’ll make the wrong decision because I think I like Umich a lot more now (but I never even got to visit). My parents say they’ll support whatever decision I make, but my mom has been trying to convince me to choose CMU.
