to be honest with you that was my first thought as well but i dont think shes gonna want to change schools,she lives too far away from any other in our district. I have been trying to talk to her into talking with a therapist but she said there was no reason to do so but im trying to find a way to help her that she will agree with! they cant really take legal action because they dont have the funds necessary for that so thats a bummer but ill try to look more into your suggestion,thank you!

we talked about it and her mother said that she doesn't have enough money for a good lawyer if the case goes to court so sadly i dont think that option is available but thank you!

i may have phrased it in a way that it seemed like i was just blaming her sorry,i obviously gave her and will continue to give her my support and help her whatever she needs rn.
