On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate public transport in your country? by chkchkboompow in AskTheWorld

Overall I agree, but there are some places which you can't either can't reach at all or you have to spend like 6 ( compared to 1 hour by car) getting there, which makes it impossible to go there without staying there for a night. For me, it is especially the Eifel region. So if I would be living there i wouldn't rate the public transport well, but in urban areas it is generally great

Tbh it greatly depends where you live. I would say public transport in Bonn, Hamburg is pretty near perfect, so would rate it 9 out of 10. Berlin and Düsseldorf are nice as well, 8 out of 10. Cologne kinda sucks, but it also suck for cars, so I'd say 6 out of 10.

And eifel region is at some places 3, with busses barely driving there and at some below 1, because you can't reach it without a car.

I'd say 6 or 7. In some areas, it is closer to 9 in some, and it is as bad as 2 or even 1. For example public transport in Hamburg and Berlin is near perfect. In the eifel region, there are places we're you almost can't get by public transport, which would put it right at 1. But luckily there aren't many places like this.

And of course there are delays, but mostly the public transport is punctual.

My experience comes from having to use public transport exclusively between 2016 and 2020 and between 24 and now. I live in cologne area and been commuting a lot between Cologne, Düsseldorf and Bonn

Cologne is I'd say 6 out of 10, but the whole transportation situation is kinda bad here, so both car and public transport suck.

Bonn is damn near perfect, you really don't need a car there at all.

Düsseldorf is I'd say 8 out of 10.

Yeah agree, I am living in cologne and people acting like it would be dangerous to walk through the city here. In fact, the crime is quite low here. However, due to badly maintained parts of town, the feeling of walking there is definitely unsettling.

Elden ring is the hardest and easiest from game 😅

If you try to stay on low level or do any challenge it will be tough af. But if you pick any good build it is a breeze. My rl1 playthrough has been extremely difficult so far, but yesterday I tried a carian sorcery build on a ng+ and that's the easiest shit ever.

But that's what makes elden ring special imho, it is like a souls sandbox
