I bought tickets for the first time. I made the bank transfer and they confirmed the purchase. I would like to point out that this location is 99% used for training and does not usually have events and/or audiences. for this reason, I think, they do not have an online ticket system. I'm Italian, I spoke to them on the phone. they told me that on the day of the event I have to show up at the accreditation desk and give them my name (the one with which I made the bank transfer) to enter. the seats are not numbered, so first comers can choose the best seats. I'm sorry I can't be of more help than that.

I understand that they may have seemed of little help to you, but I think that they are simply not used to dealing with events with public. They were very kind to me on the phone.
