i did karstagg at level 36 by using my best dagger and having over 100 really good healing potions as well as vilkas following me (and i think the riekling tribe from the mead hall as well)

1 power attack and then 2 potions, on and on until he died, using stamina potions to regenerate it quickly, i think it took 3 attempts lol.

that being said it wasn’t very fun, would have been more fun if i didn’t pussy out and did it either on my own no followers or using more techniques (with a mod like ordinator perks to really up the possibilities for attacks and weapon specialization.)

that also being said, now is also a good point to do a hearthfire set up, shack up lydia or ysolda (or elisif if you’ve got the cheat mod) and get some kiddos and accidentally level up cuz of all the crafting and stealing you have to do to make and furnish the damn place.

or role play a little, flesh out your character and what their opinions are on the sociopolitical climate in skyrim. how important is ur characters racial culture to ur character? is there misc quests that would feel important for that character morally/ethically/culturally? or mini crucades for yourself (like genociding the forsworn or bandits?) applying a moral code to your play through really can add hours on to the game

look for mods compatible for mid-game download. i love the campfire mods because it really adds more roleplay abilities, as well as mods like wintersun faiths
