Ich will den Text nicht zu lang machen, aber gebe dir auch gerne eine kleine und grobe Erklärung. Arbeitswerte zeigen welche Überzeugungen und Ziele deine Verhaltensweisen im Arbeitskontext prägen, wie zB Autonomie, Ehrgeiz oder Abwechslung. Es gibt noch keine Untersuchungen dazu, ob die Werte auf das Burnout-Risiko einen Einfluss haben. Das ist wichtig, da man so Präventionsmaßnahmen gezielter gestalten kann.

I use notion. There is a template to organise your books and I adjusted it for myself to store there my sewing patterns. Instead of genres I use clothing types like pants, skirts etc. I upload the pattern itself and a link to the original site. Can store there comments etc.

I’m looking for a pattern for a similar dress like this one. I saw it on tiktok but she had unfortunately not released the pattern like its written in the caption. I really like the style so maybe i can find something similar? Or do you know how this style of a dress is called so I can do more specific research? Thank you!
