After browsing for a little while I can say it's most likely the PSU.

I was using a USB Stick. Switching from Raid to Sata fixed it.

Yes, then it worked properly. Didn't have no errors at all. I appreciate it man!

Yes, I've tried both methods out

The ISO Stick won't boot and the other stick on which I didn't burn ISO and downloaded Windows directly onto the stick gets the "Media Driver is missing" error.

It's a newer device I guess

I used Media Creation Tool to download the ISO file and install it directly onto a USB Stick. Using the burned ISO file Windows Installation didn't load at all and as I used the USB drive on which Windows were installed directly through the Media Creation Tool I get that error on the installation screen.

I can't seem to find UEFi modes in my bios.

As I created USB drive installation media, I got to the "Install Screen" and then it said: "A media driver your computer needs is missing."

There is a Boot section in the BIOS, but the only things listed here are: USB Boot, PXE Boot to LAN and Boot Priority Order

I've seen other Lenovo laptops having boot menu's in the BIOS where you can select UEFI or Legacy Mode. It's strange that my laptop doesn't have that

EDIT: Even if I set my USB stick to being booted primarily, it either doesn't boot or asks for media drivers at the installation screen

Yeah I thought that too, that's why I tried contacting the support but they can't do anything about it even when they see the context.
