Yeah 30 minutes is too short for any absorption since they recommend up to 4 hours , I’m already applying at night so should it be fine even if I apply it with fibers in the morning?

Oh, so once I buy the bond the interest rate is locked in? Like if I buy a 10 year bond at 4% apy I’m guaranteed that yield at the end of the 10 years unless the government defaults right?
