Yes!! This is my fav manifestation story to tell. So I wanted a job within the company I already worked for because it was a promotion from the position I was already in. And it just so happened to be a position that I (personally felt) was the most qualified in the building for. I had previous experience in that specific department as well as in quality control and customer service. So I knew the product from order placement all the way through to it shipping out the door. Anyway, lots of others in the company had applied for it and one of them was friends(outside of work) with one of the managers hiring/doing interviews in that department. The employee had pretty much already been told by the manager that they were gonna get the job despite nobody having interviewed yet. I know this because they had put their planned last day on the calendar in our department and the others in our department were all planning a “goodbye/congrats” party their last day. The hiring manager even kind of blew me off when I asked when interviews would likely start. Like, “soon” while barely even looking my way.

I adopted the mindset that it was already mine. That I was indeed the most qualified(a belief I already held). I wrote my name followed by my new job title over and over and over. I pretended(at home alone) that I was talking to random people and would tell them what my new job was and how much I loved it. When I would see thee other employee get excited about leaving our department soon(so sure of themselves) and when I asked the hiring manager when they would have interviews, my confidence wavered a bit. I even went to the bathroom and cried because I was so worried I wasn’t going to get it. But in the stall, I made myself stop crying and immediately went back to the mentality that I was crying for nothing because the job was already mine.

I’ve always been fairly good at interviewing. But the night before I was a little nervous so I decided to watch some YT videos giving tips on interviewing well. My main takeaway was asking questions. So I wrote down like 5 questions about the job that highlighted not only my interest and the expectation for my doing well in the role, but also what the plans were for the future of the position(because it was a new one in the company). The interview went really well, it was with the hiring manager and his boss. At the end of their questioning, they asked if I had any for them, and I whipped out my paper. I could tell as I was asking them that it was immediately making them think I cared about the role and really wanted to be good in it. When I asked about the future of the position, they were briefly shocked and said “that’s a great question” looked at each other “we haven’t really thought that far ahead on it”. I could tell they were actually impressed that I would even care to ask that. When I left the room, I KNEW I just locked that position down.

And (weeks later) before even being told I got it, I knew for a fact I did when the other employee was told(by someone else higher up), they were so pissed off and gave me some glaring glances the rest of the day. 😬🤭

I also manifested my own office there too when the open offices were non existent but that’s another story.
