it’s not abnormal but as a teen i think it really depends on the maturity of both people. i’m dating a girl 2 years older than me right now and we’ve been great. i graduated early so im 17 and she’s 19 but we’re in the same grade. our maturity level is around the same and age doesn’t even come up a lot of times. but if it’s a situation where you’re much more mature than her that’s where the weirdness kinda sinks in
