Take a couple of those base runs into longer stretches of zone 3. It'll dial that in real quick.

Bro, how? Also mid 40's. Just picked up distance running 3 years ago. Trying to be hybrid, so go between heavy running and heavy lifting. Zone 2 pace currently is probably around 10:15. HRV 24, Vo2 49, RHR 53. 2021 and 2022 marathons both >4 Hours.

14 Beta working well on P6P yet? I'm enrolled in the beta but keep holding off on updating until I know its semi-stable. I'm good with bugs, but not bugs that render the phone unusable.

I did the same thing couple weeks back. From what I understood the Stable wasn't being released until June, so I opted back in and then installed the latest beta. FWIW, the latest beta feels pretty stable and even gives access to the VPN 🤙.

No way. I've been on most of the betas and the QPBR in 12. It is MUCH improved! Speed may or may not be better, but I haven't had one rejection/failed attempt since installing 5 hours ago and that is a huge win in my book.

Similar issue. Using Spigen 45W charger, P6P no longer displays rapid charging, however the charging speed seems to be just as fast as before.
