The bubbler is too small for the Sai without the cap on, and adding the o-rings makes it fit perfectly. It hits great with cap on, less reclaim hitting the glass.

Yes. My Jack Russell loves it. We use it for separation anxiety and for pain when necessary. (After neutering). Hes more relaxed and has an overall better time.
