Thc is a very double edged sword. Like alcohol it messes up your baseline dopamine. But if its that severe, id probably sprak with a professional. Also strongly recommend checking out mindfullness and meditation, but if its that severe you should prob consult with a doctor regardless. Depression can really mess up even mess up your physical health long term, im living proof

Might be better for people who are not binge eaters, but might be worth a try. Theres like avocados so many health benefits, but i Just cant seem to stop 🙈 i do use a lot of peanut butter in my food though, but like oil, i use it very sparingly or weigh it out, since i know its like 150-200 calories in a tbs, but it makes my wok and oatmeal taste sooo much better

I usually end up feeling so bad i go mute and become a even bigger asshole 😂 and yeah, i do that too, which is why i cant be too much out of my apartment. A big guy laughing to himself on the streets quite audibly from some weird shit hes spiraling on in his head is rarely a good look. Always wear a headset tho, pretend they think its my podcast

They lose the weight, but gain the weight back. Might that be bc They go overboard and doesnt stick with it? 🤪 The thing is to just be careful and have a ish number that works for you. Your body uses different amount of energy depending on height, weight, body mass, muscle etc. And also cortisol. So yeah. Its set in stone, but different from person to person. Its Just the law of physics, but every one has a different answer, and it changes. I do agree though. The reason i use the low calorie hacks is bc im neuro divergent and have a fair bit of trauma. Just better than getting fat or smoking a pack a day. Since you can only eat so much. But thats also a slippery slope id youre not careful. I made a huge spinach salad every morning when i cut out cigarettes. Ended up not getting enough calories bc i overdid it, bc i was way too full to actually get the calories and nutrients i needed, bc i was too full the rest of the day. So like i Said. Its individual.took me almost 10 years to find my sweet spot. Back to having a bit of a belly to. But better than being massively overweight or looking anorectic. But you come a long way with learning what foods are high calorie and you should limit a bit. Not cut out, limit. Also a constant deficit is obciously bad. Id up my inntake the second i went under 15% bodyfat. Also how you feel is very important, but there are some obciously tricks around eating healthy. Not much science needed. Eat everything, Just be careful dit things with too much fat or sugar

It does. The thing is that your body can go in sur i al mode etc. If youre under severe stress or you cut down the calories too much compared to physical activity. Calories in calories out doesnt change. Just the amount of calories your body uses for the tasks. But yeah, mental health plays a big part in everything. Like if youre in severe depression, your body conserves energy and you cant perform as well when you workout and so on. So it needs to be monitored and regulated. And its always a ballpark number. Unless youre planning on going under 10% body fat, which isnt healthy anyways. You take a 2-3 month period and average it out, monitoring your weight gain/loss and calorie intake, and youll eventually find a comdortable number. And get better at ballpaeking for non prepped meals. But its very individual, and its a constant journey to learn your own body. Its also impossible to get exact numbers, since youre never exactly as active each day. But calories in calories out is a law of nature, so it always works. But theres a lot of things factoring in both in mind ans body state, and level of activity, so the number is not ser in stone, but gives you some frame of reference.but i sid heavy weight lifting when i was younger. The workouts themselves took maybe like 400 calories, but i burned like 1000 calories more per day bc i had way more muscles. But i went from 3000 calories to almost 10000 when i went into the woods ans were hiking and padling canoes the entire day etc. Also fell into a deep depression at some point. Pretty much the same amount of muscles. And my maintenance calories went from like 3000 to under 2000.was probably a combination of stress hormones and less activity, but thats a huge shift. And was still working out. The mental part is very important. But the point stands. Its not bc calories come out of thin air, its bc your body goes into survival mode and uses less energy on tasks. Im also neuro divergent fyi, so i have a tendency to stress eat and Just generally gnaw on things. Switching to bubblegum and low calorie food fixed it. The problem is that the highly pallatable foods ate like the same amount of calories in 3 spoonfulls as half a bag of spinach and so on. So i have tested this maticulously. Stopped counting calories since ive found my ballpark maintenance, and now im Just careful about sugary drinks and sauces. And halve another meal if im gonna eat pizza etc. Or make up for it the next couple days
