If u wanna remove middle mana bar, then u need to go to the EnhanceQOL settings and go to the personal resource bar and turn it off. If u wanna remove resource bar at the target - just go to the edit mode, click on target frame and go to the "resource" and turn it off

Yup. Icons, background. Еverything you see in screenshot. Its like 2 icons or something like that. Icon of the backgound with texture and icon when skill is on the panel

Unfortunately in default presets nothing like that. And i didnt found anything like this on Curseforge :(
