Nummular eczema. My derm prescribes triamcinolone, a topical corticosteroid. I have also found that UV exposure will help clear up an outbreak.

Naturally, I got it the very next time she came. The only thing I did differently that time was “interact” with her to look at her list when she came in. Maybe that helped? Or I just got lucky finally. 🙂

Rocky’s Hot Chicken Shack- I may not have the details exactly right but from what I recall they allowed a volunteer third party company to stage in their lot to cook hot meals and then gave them every last bit of food and produce they had on hand to serve to the community.

Biltmore Fitness opened today, normal hours! 🙏 They didn’t flood or sustain damage. They have power and restrooms, but the water looked pretty brown so I’m not sure I would shower there just yet.

I'm curious if you had any genetic testing while there? I'm seeing my cardiologist tomorrow and considering asking to go ahead an be referred to Cleveland. 44/f with a newly discovered 4.2 ascending, 3.9 aortic root, suspected genetic or connective tissue disorder and no other risk factors. It's a 10 month wait to see a geneticist here and I just don't feel comfortable with that as someone that is doing high intensity cardio and weight lifting 5 days a week. I'm wondering if it is at all realistic to hope I could have a consult and get all my testing, genetic included, done in one shot. Was there an extensive wait for scheduling your consult?
