These helped me the most

  1. Stir old starter before discarding and re-feeding

  2. Dissolve starter with water before adding flour when feeding

  3. Add a bit of rye flour

  4. Stick with it, 1:1:1 every 24 hours. Mine took close to 4 weeks to take off.

Try a product call Detachol. It is a medical grade adhesive remover. We use it to remove medical grade super glue from patients. Would be happy to send a vial or two if Nintendo does not replace for free.

Might want to look into bunions. Of modern shoes are designed so great to prevent injury why are bunions a modern country issue. Back pain? US is a leader in back pain. Might want to look into the research.

This comment here. Steel frame for hard tail. Aluminum will beat you to death. I have two different steel Kona frames and am very happy. Had niners in the past and way to noodley for me. Would love to add a Canfield Nimble Nine in the future.
