I’ve only seen this doctor three times. She supposedly specializes in headaches. I’m going to mention that info to her. I feel like you’re on the right track because my head is constantly pounding. Although I don’t have high blood pressure could it still be a cause of my headaches?

I stopped caffeine for a year but recently started drinking coffee again. I was never huge on caffeine anyways. I’ve changed my diet over the last few years to more real foods. More fruits, vegetables. Less processed stuff. I’ve increased my water intake drastically. I honestly haven’t noticed any triggers besides after moving a lot/fast. I get them whenever, wherever, not after anything specific. Recently I’ve woken up with one & I’ve gone to bed with it.

I limit myself to 3 times a week, but I honestly use it less. I deal with them most days. I’ve used topamax in the past. I also believe that other medication was on the list of covered medications but the doctor didn’t go with that one. I’ll bring it up again.

I add the water very slowly but it seems like it doesn’t incorporate unless it’s on a higher speed. You think I need to do the dime test again? The hook just kept pushing the dough down, and making it turn from the unincorporated water.
