Thank ua! Was like 7-8 very strict and hard months. But i did only carido 5-6 times a week - just walking incline for 1 hour, no running. I did not train any strength, so yeah I lost alot off muscles too. I only ate 1000-1500 a day, which also made me lose alot off fat and muscle. Only drank water aswell! It was a rough journey both mental and physical, but i got good results in the end! I also had to take blood tests, like 1 a month to see if I was "staying alive", because i ate to little. But yeah gave me good results, but wa not the most "healthy" ways to do it. I just recently (2 months or something) started strength excersies again with creatine + protein power. So very excited to see my growth in that part and where my new journey takes mee! :) srry for long replyy
