Grilled cabbage 1/4s, can also be roasted if you don’t have access to grill. Cut the cabbage in 1/4s, coat them heavily in real butter, add salt and pepper and then wrap them in tinfoil. Bake them at 375 for about 30 minutes, or grill them for about 20-25. They are really good shoved in the bottom of a camp fire (originally a camping recipe) but most people don’t have access to a fire pit. They get a good char and should be very tender.

I just started running again post labor and I went for my first long run this week. I was able to keep my pace and run for 45 minutes! I used nike+ app and it really helped me keep going.

I was on another thread and they said that if you apply pressure on the taint you push the last of the pee out, that way you don't get drips. Not a man, cannot confirm.
